Stress Management therapy that steadies the pace
If life feels like too many demands and not enough room to breathe, we help you sort through what is piling up. We can look at the strain, the pace, and the habits that keep you pushing past your limit.

What people bring us
People often come in feeling overbooked, reactive, and unable to fully switch off. Work, family, and responsibilities can start to blur together until everything feels urgent. They may notice that even downtime does not feel restful. Over time, the body can stay tense long after the day is over. The work often centers on where pressure is landing and what keeps it from easing.
- I am always behind, even when I keep moving.
- I cannot seem to relax, even when I have time.
- Everything feels important at once.
- I am tired before the day even starts.
We pay attention to what your system is carrying, not just what your calendar says.
How we work with it
We work with stress as something that shows up in thought patterns, body tension, and daily habits. Cognitive strategies can help us sort what needs attention from what is just noise, and somatic tools can help us notice the body’s stress response more clearly. The pace and focus of the work depend on what is most wearing you down. For one person, it may be about constant over-responsibility; for another, it may be about feeling braced and unable to unwind.
- Cognitive Strategies
- We look at the thinking habits that turn ordinary demands into constant pressure. This can help make sense of why everything feels urgent and hard to sort.
- Somatic Tools
- We track how stress shows up physically, including tension, shallow breathing, or that stuck-in-alert feeling. That gives us something concrete to work with when words alone are not enough.
What the first sessions look like
At first, we listen for what is demanding the most from you and where the strain is showing up. We talk about the pressures that matter most to you, how they affect your day, and what feels hardest to carry. You do not have to have the whole picture figured out before starting.
We offer a free 15-minute consultation. We respond to inquiries as soon as we can, usually within 1-2 business days.
Questions people ask
What if my stress feels normal because I have always lived this way?
That is something many people say at first. We can still look at what that pace is costing you and what it feels like to live inside it.
How do you work with stress that comes from work and family at the same time?
We make room for the whole picture instead of separating it into neat boxes. That usually means paying attention to the pressure points and how they affect one another.
I am not sure this is stress or just being busy. Can I still come in?
Yes. You do not need to sort it out before reaching out.
Will we only talk about coping tips?
No. We also look at the patterns that keep stress building in the first place.
